I tried to do an order on the phone, they hung up on me two times then called me back and hung up on me. We went in and it was about 8:20, they close at 8:30 so we were going to do a to go order. The woman waitress came to us when we walked in and we stood there waiting for some kind of service. She said "yeah can I help you?" Maybe she could have said they were only doing to go orders and offered to take our order. Or let us know they were closing in 10 minutes. She was obviously mad we were there. I mean 8:20 on a friday night! So we told her we just wanted a to go order she told us to go to the back couter. We went there and were greated with an even worse waitress. She was rushing out the guy before us with his two bags of food. He was trying to be sure it was all there. We ordered kungpao chicken and fried rice and she got the order wrong. Instead of getting Kung Pao chicken and rice. He was given General chicken and rice. They did it to get more money because the General chicken was more than Kung Pao. Rude waitresses and wrong order because they were mad they had to stay until 8:30....very uncalled for. I won't go back there. The place seemed clean and

Most Chinese restaurants have good food, but the dining rooms are dated and the customer service is poor. Jade Asian Cuisine is the exception. They have yummy food, modern dining rooms, and attentive customer service. I was there for lunch a few days ago. I ordered my favorite Chinese dishes - Kung Pao Chicken with Chow Mein. It is very good. All the ingredients are cut into small pieces the way they're supposed to be, and it's very tasty. The waitress is very friendly and attentive. I like the new dining room with comfortable chairs. The lunch is very enjoyable. I can’t wait to go back and try more dishes on their menu.

For a certain demographic I can see this place drawing regulars as the wait staff are extremely attentive and friendly. For me, a person who prioritizes food taste and quality over presentation and service, this place is sorely lacking. Food was very bland and portion size was tiny.

This restaurant is very bright and clean inside. There is a large amount of seating. It appears that large groups can be accommodated. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The staff person was very personable. I placed a to-go order. It only took about 5 to 7 minutes to receive it. The food is fresh and served in large portions. My order of fried rice, chicken chow mein and brocolli chicken was delicious! I will definitely return and hopefully eat in the restaurant if I have time.

I had the opportunity to dine in this newly opened restaurant of one month in the City of Rancho Cordova. Located near the Skechers Shoe Store, across from Popeye's Chicken. Now those lover's of great Chinese food will find and love this restaurant for what they have to offer. Not only is the food fairly priced to the quantity (amount) that you get per order but the quality of each dish is fresh, well prepared and "Delicious ". I have been looking for a great Chinese restaurant in this town and have not found one in Rancho Cordova that compares to this place. I asked about "MSG" in their cooking and none is used. Their Calimari is crispy as well as their Egg Rolls, nicely seasoned. I ordered the Pork Chowmein, Asparagus Chicken with Garlic Sauce (they kindly replaced the Black Bean sauce),Sweet and Sour pork which was lightly battered and crispy, and the final dishes is the Mapo Tofu and Eggplant which was nicely seasoned and a party to the tastebuds. I'm impressed and hope that you drop in and give this restaurant a try. As usual this is only my opinion. Oh p.s. the service is great too.
